At Redemption Solar and Roofing, we want to reassure our clients that the solar systems
we install will meet the power needs identified in their solar proposal. The solar proposals use
computer modeling software to generate an estimate of annual production for the system
design. Our estimates should be accurate within 10-15% of the simulated annual energy
production. The track record of the software shows high consistency of performance within this
estimate range. However, in rare cases, unidentified factors in shading or architectural structure
can adversely affect the estimate beyond that range. If, after the first full year of running the
system, the solar power production of a new system is below 85% of the estimated annual
production, Redemption Solar and Roofing will offer to install the necessary panels to bring the
system to the estimated 100% production level. If there is insufficient roof space available to
mount the panels, we will refund the client the cost to install that system expansion as a client
refund for lost production potential.
We ask our clients to use the first-year analysis rule, as any given season could be
above or below the statistical average based on weather or other unique factors in a calendar
year. If you see that your system seems to be underperforming, please contact us as soon as
possible. In some cases, a faulty component may reduce power production, and we can inspect
and correct any such faults as they occur.
Thank you again for choosing Redemption Solar and Roofing to provide your solar
power needs. We look forward to the opportunity to serve you.
