These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you visit our website, submit a form, request an inspection or estimate, book an appointment, or communicate with us by phone, email, or text message. By doing any of these things, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or communication channels.

Redemption provides residential and light commercial home improvement services in Kentucky, North Carolina, and South Carolina, including roof inspections, roof repair and replacement, solar energy system design and installation, gutters, siding, and windows, along with related storm-damage and insurance-claim assistance where permitted by law.

Any estimates, proposals, product availability, pricing, and project timelines we provide are subject to change. Work schedules may be affected by weather, permitting, utility approvals, material availability, and inspections. Nothing on our website or in a preliminary estimate is a binding offer.

Work is performed only under a separate written agreement signed by you and Redemption (a “Project Agreement”). The Project Agreement sets out the scope of work, price, payment terms, warranties, and cancellation rights for your project. If anything in these Terms conflicts with your Project Agreement, the Project Agreement controls.

Solar production estimates, projected savings, and payback figures are estimates only. They are based on information such as your utility usage, roof orientation, shading, utility rates, and equipment specifications, all of which can change. We do not guarantee any particular level of energy production, utility bill savings, or return on investment.

Tax credits, rebates, utility programs, and other incentives are set by government agencies and utilities, can change or end at any time, and depend on your individual circumstances. We do not provide tax, legal, or financial advice. Please consult your own tax professional about your eligibility for any incentive.

If you choose to finance your project, financing is provided by independent third-party lenders, not by Redemption. Loan approval, rates, and terms are set by the lender and are governed by your agreement with that lender.

You agree to provide accurate and complete contact and property information and to use our website and communication channels lawfully. You may not misuse our systems, submit false information, send harmful or offensive content, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website or systems.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Kentucky, unless otherwise required by law.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full effect.
